Direct from the USA, the "Cool It" Cooling Bandana for dogs is a great way to keep your dog cool when out on a hot sunny day. The stylish way to keep your pet cool! Made with non-toxic polymer crystals that absorb up to 30 times their weight and stay cool for several hours. Edged with reflective tape for visibility. Reusable and hand washable.

Instructions:

Soak the "Cool It" Cooling Bandana in water for 15-30 minutes. It will absorb the water and puff up a little bit. Then, refrigerate it or put in freezer for 20-30 minutes. Take it out of the fridge, and fasten it around your dog's neck and take it out for a walk. It will keep your pet cool for several hours.
